Before any of us wrote a word, the world was already a sentence — spiralling, halving, repeating. We notice it, and call the noticing beauty.
The unfurling fern
A frond opens by halving and halving — each curl a smaller copy of the last. Fractal patience, written in chlorophyll.
Chambers of the nautilus
The shell grows by holding onto every room it has ever lived in. The spiral is the geometry of memory.
A ring on still water
One disturbance. Perfect concentric rings. The order was already there — the drop only made it visible.
